At Big Sky EDA/EDC, our joint mission is to recruit primary sector businesses and retain and expand existing Yellowstone County businesses that support our community and quality of life. In doing this, we help to expand, grow and diversify the economy of the Billings region and Yellowstone County. Big Sky EDA has an immediate opening as a Loan Assistant
Candidate will be working with the following programs:
* SBA 504 loan program.
* In-house finance programs.
* Yellowstone County’s property tax incentive program.
The successful candidate must have an understanding of commercial loan documentation, title work or similar processes and have a basic understanding of financial statements. The position requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong verbal and written communications skills, great attention to detail and the ability to work independently with internal and external audiences. Candidate must maintain a high level of customer service working closely with clients and business professionals in gathering required information.
Minimum high school diploma required. Previous experience with commercial loan processing/documentation and/or title work is preferred.
