State Rep. Shannon Augare, D-Browning http://leg.mt.gov/css/sessions/60th/ ... LAWSID=4950 , testified on Capitol Hill Wednesday before the U.S. House Appropriations Committee's Agriculture Subcommittee.
Augare was joined by Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius and other rural advocates in telling Congress that a greater government investment in rural areas of the country is essential for future generations to enjoy economic prosperity.
