Employers prepare for aging work force

An increasing number of baby boomers opting to retire later in life may create challenges or special needs for the older workers as well as their employers.
To learn more about those possible factors for workers between the ages of 45 and 64, employers in Tippecanoe and 13 surrounding counties recently conducted a survey about hiring, training and retaining mature workers.
