Innovation has gone beyond being a buzzword. It is now the rallying cry and the cornerstone of development plans drawn up by national governments across the globe. At times, however, it appears to be analogous to the difficulty the blind men have in describing an elephant. At other times, it seems to be a case of “one knows it when one sees it.”
