Hailey company to expand operations with new deal

Media software giant Wicks Broadcast Solutions announced Monday that it has merged with Marketron International in Hailey.

Founded in 1972 in Menlo Park, Calif., Marketron was privately held and its investors included Darwin Group, Internet Capital Group, Pisces Group and Rosewood Capital.
