Helena and Lewis and Clark County considering revamping economic development incentive process

In an effort to standardize the process of making available financial incentives to both new and existing businesses that want to grow, Helena and Lewis and Clark County commissions will consider a fresh process for offering various economic development carrots and judging the merits of applications for those carrots.
