Gov: Prosperity requires change

Wyoming has the resources, the will, the skill and the opportunity to build a robust economy over the long term that will retain workers and allow people to settle here, Gov. Dave Freudenthal said Friday.
But that means people will have to accept a certain level of change, the governor told people attending a work force development meeting here.
