The University of Minnesota Academic and Corporate Relations Center Newsletter

The Academic and Corporate Relations Center (ACRC) has served numerous Minnesota businesses during its first nine months of operation.

We have completed over 425 business requests through our concierge service; assisted over 85 Minnesota businesses with relationship managers acting as their corporate concierge; and had over 6,000 hits on the ACRC web site per month since its inception. The center has generated business for various divisions of the University of Minnesota, which have resulted in over $210,000 in new revenue, more than $260,000 in grant monies into ACRC, over $500,000 of angel investments into start-up companies, approximately 40 people placed into new positions, and over $2,530,000 in goodwill for the University of Minnesota.

We encourage businesses of all kinds to utilize the services of ACRC.
