Utah is ranked last (51st) again in spending on students. Idaho 49th, Montana 28th

Utah once again ranked last in the nation in per-pupil spending in 2005, according to a report on public education finances http://ftp2.census.gov/govs/school/05f33pub.pdf released Thursday by the U.S. Census Bureau.
