Missoula’s school system could still be a supporter of a future performing arts center but get out of the banker’s role, thanks to a new financial proposal under consideration.

“We’ve had some conversations with Missoula County, and they basically think it needs to be built,” Missoula Community Performing Arts Center http://www.missoulapac.org/ committee secretary Jim Valeo told Missoula County Public Schools trustees on Tuesday evening. “They said they were willing to pursue a bond issue, subject to same conditions as the city imposed.”
