Bear Paw Development Corporation is a private non-profit organization created for the purpose of administering programs to help improve regional economic conditions in Hill, Blaine, Liberty, Chouteau and Phillips Counties and the Fort Belknap and Rocky Boy's Indian Reservations.

Four entrepreneurs wished they’d received more mentoring. They decided they wanted to help young startups.

Matt Galligan has put his college education on hold to launch a software product that he hopes will allow people to better manage their online lives.

But the St. Louis resident and his two partners will be getting "schooled" this summer in Boulder by some of the top technology and business minds in Colorado, if not the country.
