Rosario Marin, secretary of the State and Consumer Services Agency, launched the Summit with a look at the future, referring to a poem delivered by Maria Shriver at Governor Schwarzenegger’s inauguration: "We are the people we have been waiting for," she said to the assembled executives and IT leaders, adding that the projects and programs under way in the state will bring a better quality of life to the state and its residents.
