Q: I own a contract manufacturing business that has reached over $30 million in revenues with a plant in the U.S. and Mexico. Although my bank doesn’t like that revenues go up and down, the company has always been profitable and I make a very good living. Now I’m in my 50s and thinking about retirement. I’ve always called the shots and never got tangled up with partners. So what should I do next?
