Great Falls Development Authority to work with delegation to help finance InfoTech contracts

If Great Falls is going to be successful in securing a $3.5 million U.S. Navy contract and recruiting a New York-based company that would bring 35 jobs, it’s going to take the support of the community and Montana’s U.S. congressional delegation, Great Falls Development Authority officials said.

Tuesday, the GFDA hosted a meeting to start rallying that community support.

The Navy contract is tied to the New York-based software company InfoTech, and was submitted by Montana’s congressmen into the federal appropriations process via earmark.
