Chairman of Citigroup Inc.’s Robert Rubin: Montana’s economic outlook strong

Montana has an "outstanding economic future" in the new global economy but must enhance its infrastructure and education system and improve airline access, former Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin said Tuesday.
