Congressional strategy aims at bringing software company, InfoTech to Great Falls, Montana

Congress to consider request for funding

A $3.5 million U.S. Navy contract is in the works — albeit still in the early phases — to bring 35 new jobs and a New York-based software company to Great Falls.

InfoTech http://www.infotechfb.com/ , whose client base includes more than 100 companies from banks to the Department of Defense, has been looking into moving to Great Falls since 2005, CEO Matti Kon said.

InfoTech probably would start with 35 jobs in Great Falls, which could grow to 100 in the future, according to the earmark request the GFDA submitted to Baucus.
