Semitool Penetrates Key Asian Memory and Logic Manufacturer; Expands Market Share in Growing Copper Damascene Sector

memory device manufacturer to its growing list of copper (Cu) damascene
customers. The Asia-based company, which performs 300mm manufacturing in
