RightNow is looking for a guru, user-interface software engineer to drive the Communication management user interface features for our product suite. We require a demonstrated ability to think strategically as well as tactically about the technical, business, cross functional and cross group engineering issues.

As a member of the development team, responsibilities are design and implementation of graphics/front end development using C#.NET. You will develop clean and pluggable components, and help shape the user interface framework. Strong and recent experience are required in developing graphical interfaces including user controls, data grids, and standard GUI controls. You must be ready to work in a small-team, fast-paced environment in which everyone takes ownership of the end-to-end solution. The position requires excellent technical skills since you will be interfacing with Service Oriented Architecture, creating your own internet development sites in Unix platform, debugging cross platform and enterprise architecture oriented issues, and working with Transact-SQL.

Required Qualifications:

BS/MS in a technical Engineering discipline

*
A combination of minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience in user interfaces using C# .NET, MFC, WTL, or Win32 where 3 of those years include Winforms experience

A track record of on-time software release delivery with excellent references

*
Strong oral and written communication skills, as you will work closely with other disciplines, and will collaborate with other teams and organizations

Preferred Qualifications

Client/server application development

*
Product knowledge in CRM or call centers

*
Broader .NET knowledge such as SOAP and Web development

*
A broad set of technology skills at your disposal such as: XML, C/C++, UNIX/Linux, SQL (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server), and PHP
