Is Great Falls, Montana a cheap place to live?

When real estate agent Julie Topel-Evans sells a home to those from the West or East coasts, they often are thrilled to move to a city with such affordable housing prices.

"And within Montana, we are certainly the most reasonable larger city," she added. "We are less expensive than Helena, Missoula, Bozeman, Kalispell, Billings — anywhere."
