Finance Director

REC Silicon, of Butte, Montana and Moses Lake, Washington, is looking for a Finance Manager to be located at the Butte, MT site.

This position reports to the REC Silicon Finance Director and works regularly with the Controller, Manager of Expansion Projects, financial analysts in other facilities and operational department heads. This position manages the financial budgeting and forecasting processes for the facility, and is part of the leadership team. Additionally, the Manager oversees the preparation of monthly financial analysis and comparative reporting presented to the operational department managers and the senior operational team. This position is also responsible for maintaining and integrating all financial systems from a functional perspective. This position directs the activities of three financial analysts.

REQUIREMENTS Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA, CMA, and/or MBA preferred, and eight or more years of relevant experience in this area. The qualified Financial Manager must have demonstrated previous ability to effectively lead and manage associates, and will also possess exceptional analytical and communication (both verbal and written) skills. Other requirements include proficiency with MS Word and Excel, and the ability to learn software quickly. ERP implementation experience is a plus.
