Chicago Climate Exchange welcomes carbon credits from Montana’s farmers

Farmers, ranchers and others in Montana helping to keep carbon in the ground can soon start getting paid.
The Chicago Climate Exchange announced last week that it will allow farmers in Montana and other states to bundle their "carbon credits" and sell them to companies looking to offset their emissions of carbon dioxide, which is considered a contributor to global warming.
