Employers plentiful at college job fairs

Employers are seeing a major shortage of construction workers — so much so that some contractors are turning down jobs because they’re afraid they won’t be able to find the manpower to complete them, said Jerry Laughery, education training director of the Montana Contractors’ Association.

"It’s that severe, unfortunately," Laughery said.
