April 2, 2007View for printing

Bill Collins doesn’t fly fish nearly as much as he used to but that may be a good thing.

Collins, who is the program director of an advocacy group for abused and neglected children, said fishing is a stress reliever and he adores his job so much that he doesn’t really need to get away anymore.

Bill Collins has been the program director for Court Appointed Special Advocates since 1998. Collins oversees the 50 CASA volunteers who advocate for abused or neglected in the court system.
