Boomers rewriting volunteer recruitment rules

The future of volunteering is upon us, and oddly enough, it looks a lot like paid work.

The baby boomer generation is dipping its toe into retirement, and organizations hoping to recruit them will want to appeal to their preferences by adopting a more professional volunteer process, advised Curtis Hammond, a volunteer coordinator at Missoula Aging Services.
