Former Idaho gov. Cecil Andrus says tax incentives ‘not the way to go’

The Idaho Legislature’s focus on tax incentives has been misguided, former Idaho Gov. Cecil Andrus said at today’s Idaho Business Forum luncheon. “Some things are slipping away by actions of recent legislatures over the past 10 years,” Andrus said. “Tax incentives simply are not the way to go.”
