Big boost for biofuel maker. $100 million funding could make Imperium Renewables leader in field

Less than a week after President Bush committed the country to alternative fuel production, Seattle-based Imperium Renewables has raised a mammoth funding round that could establish the three-year-old startup as a leader in the emerging biodiesel industry.
