Bozeman’s LigoCyte Pharmaceuticals, Inc. http://www.ligocyte.com/ , has named a new chairman of its board of directors to lead the company as it begins clinical trials.

Don Beeman, LigoCyte’s chief executive officer since May 2006, replaced former chair William Little, who will remain on the board, LigoCyte announced.

The company plans to begin testing its norovirus vaccine on humans this year and is awaiting word from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration about the timeline for doing so.
