Happy New Year from MAEDC!

With 2006 behind us, staff at MAEDC is looking forward to 2007 with an articulate work plan outlining the year’s objectives. This work plan includes projects such as the recapitalization of the Brownfields RLF and the action toward creating a regional Brownfields RLF.

MAEDC has aims to bolster membership as well as membership benefits, including the integration of the new MAEDC web site. Goals to refinance the MonTEC debt and improve the services available to tenants are in the making, as well as a strong effort to improve the profiles MAEDC compiles to greater inform our members.
