A Boise technology company that developed a wireless home-entertainment networking system that links and controls everything from a home’s television to its Internet connection is being bought by a California company.

Campbell, Calif.- based Home Director Inc. http://homedirector.com/ , which offers wired and wireless home entertainment solutions, has entered into an "agreement in principle" to buy the Boise-based technology company Dedicated Devices.
