Garlick indicted on helicopter parts fraud

Ronald Garlick and two aircraft companies associated with him were indicted in late November on charges arising from the sale of helicopter parts that were allegedly falsely identified as being in better condition than they actually were.

It was the second time Garlick and one of the corporate defendants, Garlick Helicopters, Inc. http://www.garlickhelicopters.com/ , have faced charges arising out of the sale or alleged sale of falsely described helicopter parts.
