Montana Governor proposes $3 million for Virginia City and Nevada City old-town restorations

Gov. Brian Schweitzer has put $3 million in the 2008-2009 state budget for critical repairs to more than a dozen historic buildings in Virginia City and Nevada City. If approved by the Legislature, the money would be available in July.
