Oracle CEO woos open-source users

ORACLE CORP. Chief Executive Officer Larry Ellison made a generous offering to the tens of thousands of software users assembled at the OpenWorld trade show Wednesday. Oracle will fix any bugs users find in the Linux open source operating system for a small fee, even if the users are not Oracle customers.
