Wheelsmith Fabrications Inc. of Big Timber is purchased by HB Performance Systems Inc. of Wisconsin – Operations to move to Milwaukee

Brake systems manufacturer HB Performance Systems Inc. of Wisconsin said today that it has purchased Wheelsmith Fabrications Inc. of Montana.
HB produces Hayes disk brakes and Sun Ringle wheels and hubs.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
