Wisconsin is promoting the development of investors and entrepreneurs clubs with help from the State of Wisconsin

Inventors and entrepreneurs clubs, modeled after a Juneau County club formed in 2003, are being established throughout Wisconsin. The Lafayette County club recently held its first meeting in Darlington. The 30 people in attendance included local economic development officials, established business operators and people in various stages of developing unique concepts.

Grants to Help Start Your Own I&E Club or Strengthen an Existing One

The Wisconsin Entrepreneurs’ Network, (WEN), with financial support from the Wisconsin Department of Commerce, offers Wisconsin communities seed money to help form their own Inventor and Entrepreneurs Club or enhance or strengthen an existing I&E Club. Up to $1000 is available to assist with these costs.
