Bio-fuel plant expected soon along Hi-Line

It looks like Havre is on the verge of getting a new business — one that will benefit both business and agricultural communities. Greater Montana Bio Energies is on the verge of beginning construction on an oil-seed plant, which should be operating by harvest time next fall
