Client is interested in purchasing a Tier 3 or Tier 4 Computer Data Center in Montana

We have received an inquiry from a realty group whose client is interested in purchasing a Tier 3 or Tier 4 Computer Data Center. Please see below for specific requirements:

-Tier 3 or Tier 4 Computer Data Center
-25,000 SF of raised floor
-5,000-7,000 SF of office space
-at least 75 watts/SF
-power of at least N+1
-dual source of power

The company is in the financial industry, they expect the venture to create around 25 jobs for a redundant data center. The ideal timing is sometime between the beginning of 2nd quarter 2007 to the end of 2007.
