Inside Entrepreneurship: Try testing business idea at your work

Q: I’m a part-time supervisor at a national company. Because the physical workload exceeds work force capacity, you have a volatile cocktail for employee misery. I have to accept my situation and not become bitter. I’d like to start a company that teaches businesses how to create a productive environment of trust without motivating people by fear. Is this a viable idea before I pour myself into it?
