I have been contacted by a site selection company regarding the availability of space for a data center. Attached please find the requirements for the center. If you have a site that fits all of the requirements, please send me your response by AUGUST 14th.

Project Summary:

Company is looking for a data center available for immediate move-in. The building will be turnkey for Company expansion. The Company, whose clients are mission critical data users, will create 20 new jobs within a four (4) year time period.

Building Size: 10,000-20,000 sq. feet

Available for Move-In: Various, depending on facility

Office Space: Approximately 5-6 Offices needed with Conference Room, Class B Office Space or Better

Server Space: Server Space will occupy approximately 75% of total space

Raised Flooring of at least 14” throughout the server space

Generator Room

Specifications:

The basic infrastructures outlined below should be in place. Upgrades by the Company are possible and negotiable. Advisement on existing infrastructures as well as capacity is appreciated.

Connectivity

At least two (2) fiber carriers into the building, One tier-one carrier and one tier-two carrier min.
Proximity of facility to core carrier networks MAN/WAN access

Space Detail

Power Infrastructure and Redundancy 2,500 amps into building 480 V150 watts per sq. ft. Two (2) power sources preferred
Cooling System 180 tons of cooling per 3,000 sq. ft. of data center space
