Boise downtown leader offers advice to Twin Falls. Think differently, but work together.

The visions of the Twin Falls Area Chamber of Commerce, the City Council and the downtown district may not be the same, but the entities must find a way to get everyone on the same page. That’s what Karen Sander, executive director of the Downtown Boise Association, told board members of the Historic Downtown Twin Falls Business Improvement District on Tuesday.

Sander was invited to tour downtown Twin Falls to offer her suggestions on improving the area to attract more merchants and customers.

"It’s essential to get everyone to see the big picture," Sander said. "Improving the downtown district is a joint effort that will benefit the city as a whole."
