Venture capitalists and Angels explain what they look for in investment proposals

Venture capitalist David Dwyer and angel investor Larry Fenster explained exactly what they look for in about 50 proposals that come across their desks every month.

Dwyer and Fenster spoke as guests of the Rockies Venture Club of Northern Colorado and Fort Collins Technology Incubator. About 130 business people attended the semiannual event Wednesday night at Hilton Fort Collins.
