IT association gets $200,000 grant from State

The Information Technology Association of Wisconsin is receiving a $200,000 grant from the state Department of Commerce for initiatives in workforce development, new company creation, company growth and capital formation, according from a statement from the governor’s office.

Formed late last year, the association has about 40 corporate members and sponsors so far, including IT companies as well as law, investment, utility and financial services firms.
