Boise Valley tech firm, Treetop Technology hires former HP official to take over as CEO

A former high-ranking Hewlett-Packard Co. official has joined Treetop Technology http://www.treetoptech.com/ , a Boise information technology services provider and one of the nation’s fastest growing companies.

Kriss Kirchhoff is now president and chief executive officer of Treetop and a partner in the company along with founder Jason Crawforth.

Kirchhoff left HP in November after a 27-year career with the company. He left HP as vice president and general manager of the connectivity arm of the company’s Imaging and Printing Division.

His new job marks a transition at Treetop, according to Crawforth.
