Gallagher boasted about the Administration’s "aggressive" efforts to free up radio-frequency spectrum for the broadband wireless technology known as "WiMax," stating that these efforts will keep the U.S. "one step ahead" of Europe and Asia in the deployment of universal broadband Internet access.

In fact, the government has been about as aggressive on this front as the Broncos’ defense was on third-and-long against Pittsburgh on Sunday.
