Selling Billings to tourists

Folks in Eastern Montana know a lot about Billings, and they come here mostly to shop and dine. Folks in Great Falls also love to come to Billings, again mostly for the shopping and restaurants.
North Dakotans who want to enjoy these urban pleasures mostly point their cars east to the bigger cities of Fargo or Minneapolis/St. Paul. They come to the Billings area to ski, hike, fish and hunt.
The 7 percent of Casper, Wyo., residents who list Billings as their favorite destination like the shopping most of all and the absence of a sales tax next.
