County hoping to become ‘Entrepreneur Friendly’

If you’re an entrepreneur, Henry County wants you to bring your business here.

At least that was the message at a Thursday morning meeting of the Small Business Council of the Henry County Chamber of Commerce.

The council meeting kicked off a two-day community site visit from the Georgia Department of Economic Development to make an assessment of whether the county has earned the State’s “Entrepreneur Friendly” designation.

The visit caps a year-long effort by the HCCC Small Business Council in cooperation with the Henry County Development Authority to earn the designation.
