Online transaction failures can have large damaging effects on businesses, leading consumers to abandon products and costing millions in lost revenue. 89% of online consumers have experienced problems when performing online transactions. 82% of online consumers will not accept a fallen level of customer service when comparing online and offline transactions. When facing an online transaction problem, 34% of consumers would use an online or offline competitor.
