Interesting job perks draw people into work

For Maggie Ricklefs, a manager at Dave’s Sushi in Bozeman, eating raw fish is one of the perks.

"We get to eat whatever we want," Ricklefs said "Dave is pretty lenient."

Free sushi for employees while they work is certainly a draw, Ricklefs said.

"It’s motivated a few of the people, definitely," he said.

Perks, those extra little things that come with a job, can be the most attractive thing about a new position as well as build loyalty among those already working there.
