Incubator hatches success stories

Big numbers coming out of the UCF Technology Incubator.
The center’s companies and its grads have revenue of nearly $131 million annually. The businesses employ 630 people with average wages of nearly $61,000.
The outfits range from laser makers to security businesses.
That’s impressive stuff.
The stats come from a study done by a UCF economist of incubators across the state. It’s a work in progress, but the numbers have none of those multipliers that inflate results.
I’m confident the economic impact of the incubator will surprise people.
