Opportunity for U.S. firms to go to Asian Aerospace 2006 by participating in our Aerospace Executive Service (AES) on February 20-21, 2006.

The U.S. Embassy in Singapore and the Commercial Service Aerospace Team are pleased to announce an opportunity for U.S. firms to go to Asian Aerospace 2006 by participating in our Aerospace Executive Service (AES) on February 20-21, 2006. The AES affords lower-cost access to small and medium-sized businesses by allowing them to participate in Asia’s largest aerospace exhibition without taking on the enormous expense of purchasing and staffing booth space.

Participation in the AES Program includes:

* Pre-show briefing

* Transportation to/from Asian Aerospace 2006 and AES hotel TBD

* 2 days of pre-scheduled meetings with potential partners, agents and buyers

* One show entry pass per company representative

* One invitation to the U.S. Ambassador’s reception per company representative

* Access to official U.S. Pavilion amenities, including business center, lounge, and shared office suite when not in use for one-on-one Asia Now appointments

* Shared booth to use for meetings and to display company literature at the exhibition;

* Copy of the official Asian Aerospace Exhibitor’s Directory

* Coordination with any U.S. Embassy-led delegations visiting Asian Aerospace

* On-site AES Program coordination

The cost to participate in the AES is $3,000 plus $700 for each additional company representative.

We are pleased to offer two new bonus options in addition to our typical AES program. They are our Pre-Show Promotion in Asia & Show Time program.

Featured U.S. Exporter: Several of our offices in Asia feature U.S. companies on their local web sites for additional promotion to local importers. Participants in the AES will be provided with complimentary listings on these web sites. Our in-country Aerospace & Defense Commercial Specialists will then push your company’s on-line listings to potential business partners for you (e.g. buyers, end-users, agents and distributors) prior to the show. Examples of on-line listings are available for you to review in Singapore & Taiwan.

Show Time: Meetings with U.S. Department of Commerce Aerospace and Defense industry specialists at the show from 14 U.S. Embassies and Consulates across Asia to discuss market trends and opportunities in each of their countries.
