New light rail may draw ‘Truffles’

Report uses acronym for diverse population predicted near stations

Most people know truffles as the exotic fungi that pigs root out or the sinfully rich chocolate treats.

But a report promoted this week to about 1,000 Denver-area politicians, community planners, economic development officials, private developers and home builders defines Truffles in quite a different way.
